The steam cleaning method is a thorough clean, and all stains and marks are pre-treated before the cleaning process begins. Every carpet is vacuumed first so that dry soil is lifted out before any water touches the pile.
Heated water and eco-friendly detergent are injected deep into the fibres to break the bond between dirt and pile, while the suction head vacuums the water and dissolved soil straight back out. The waste water is discarded — nothing is left behind in your carpet.
Our teams are trained to move furniture and replace it afterwards, and we can work around desks in offices without unplugging equipment. We ask only that breakables are removed from the room before we arrive.
